For years, the vaping sector accepted an apparently inevitable trade-off.

On one side, macerates: extremely intense, full-bodied and aromatically present, but often incompatible with long operational life for coils and pods. On the other side, new-generation products: cleaner, more stable and longer lasting, but frequently perceived as less present, less realistic and less engaging from an aromatic standpoint.

With Aroma Core, TNTVAPE redefines this balance.

This is not simply a new name, nor a marginal revision of an existing technology: it is a new extraction methodology developed to redefine the behaviour of tobacco distillates themselves.

Everything begins with DistilTab ProClear® and the concept of bi-distillation, a proprietary technological platform developed by TNTVAPE for the production of high-purity tobacco distillates. This technology made it possible to officially register the true tobacco distillate developed by TNTVAPE with the CAS Registry, the most important international system for identifying chemical substances.

This means that the ingredients of products adopting this technology use DistilTab ProClear® itself: a defined, identifiable and reproducible tobacco distillate.

CAS registration represents an extremely relevant step from a technical and industrial point of view.

A CAS number is not a commercial trademark and it is not an advertising tool. It is a technical identifier used internationally to uniquely recognize the product of a defined and reproducible chemical technology.

To obtain CAS registration, the entire production system must be characterized in a coherent, identifiable and replicable way. For TNTVAPE, this is a core principle: control of the raw material, control of the process and qualitative continuity.

Contrary to what many imagine, CAS registration is not something that can be bought, automatically requested or obtained simply by assigning a commercial name to a product.

Assignment requires an extremely rigorous technical and documentary validation process involving analysis of the product, its formulation, its chemical and physical characteristics and the reproducibility of the production system from which it derives.

In the case of DistilTab ProClear®, this means having succeeded in defining and characterizing the tobacco distillate precisely enough to make it identifiable as the result of a real, coherent and recognizable chemical technology.

In 2025, TNTVAPE introduced bi-distillation, a technology developed to further improve the selectivity and cleanliness of tobacco distillates. That technology, however, represented only the first step in a much broader research path, and today that path evolves further through Aroma Core.

Aroma Core identifies the new extraction methodology developed by TNTVAPE for the new generation of DistilTab ProClear®.

It originates from a deeper understanding of the thermodynamics involved in tobacco distillation processes and of the interactions between heat transfer, volatilization and chemical transformation of the compounds naturally present in tobacco leaves.

Through the study of the behaviour of different aromatic fractions during the various stages of distillation, TNTVAPE developed a new extraction methodology capable of redistributing with greater precision the time dedicated to each individual step of the process.

This approach makes it possible to further optimize the balance between aromatic selection, thermal transformation and recovery of the most valuable volatile components of tobacco, losing even fewer necessary volatile components.

The final result is a DistilTab ProClear® with superior aromatic presence, greater tobacco definition, a more realistic yield and, above all, a more analog sensation than ever achieved before, not through artificial addition of aromas or forced modifications of the organoleptic profile, but through a more advanced management of the distillation process.

Let’s talk numbers: +20% aromatic perception compared with the previous generation. How is that possible?

To evaluate the behaviour of the new technology, TNTVAPE conducted comparative sessions through an internal multi-operator panel in blind testing.

Participants compared different generations of DistilTab ProClear® without knowing their identity.

The tests showed an average 20% increase in aromatic perception compared with the previous generation.

This result obviously does not simply derive from a higher product concentration, but from a different management of the extraction balance, as described above, and of the distribution of aromatic components during the distillation process, so that each fraction is isolated and correctly preserved until the end of the process.

The central message of this evolution is not:
